Our Quality & Satisfaction Policy

The Vallière Standard
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or an error on our end, we will replace it at no cost to you. Just email us a photo within 30 days of delivery.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, odors, or damage. Items that come back worn, washed, stained, or damaged cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Because every item is custom crafted to order, please review product descriptions and size charts carefully before checkout.

How It Works
Email us at jonathan@valliere.shop with your order number before sending anything back, and we'll reply with return instructions. Returns sent without contacting us first cannot be processed.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Once your return arrives and is inspected, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method or process your exchange.
